Calibre Drilling has held a Certificate of Recognition (COR) with the Workers Compensation Board Partnerships in Injury Reduction (PIR) program since 2004 and we continually strive to increase safety awareness and incident prevention within our operations. Our workplace culture focuses on “Safety first” and we believe that all operations are conducted with the knowledge and training required to do the job safely. Calibre Drilling is also a subscriber to ISNetworld, Complyworks and Avetta Safety programs.

At Calibre Drilling, our drilling and water professionals have the experience and knowledge to do the job properly. Journeyman Water well drillers and Rig Tech/Service Technicians are part of our team and no matter the project, each job is important to us, and we make the effort to ensure it is done right.
All wells are completed to the Alberta Government Standard according to the Water Act and the products installed are made to be long lasting. We offer a 5 year warranty on the construction of the water well, and a 5 year warranty on pumps and pressure systems (replacement); 2 years on parts and labour.
